Financial advisory fees
shouldn't be a mystery.
Ours isn't.
Every fee is flat and agreed before you sign anything, we never earn commissions or product fees, and every package follows the same planning experience, the Panorama Way.
Four ways to work
with Panorama.
Each package is built for a different level of complexity, and if you are not sure which fits, the free strategy call is where we work that out together.

The prices above cover a typical household at each tier. If your situation has a bit more going on, like more than one active corporation or a rental property or two, that adds a modest amount to your monthly fee. Use the calculator below to get your exact number in under two minutes, not just a range.

Every planning meeting follows a set agenda with written follow-up, and day-to-day questions never count toward a limit.
Is your current advisor
worth what you're paying?
If you have $2M invested with a traditional advisor at 1% AUM, you're paying $20,000 a year, and you may not be getting comprehensive, coordinated guidance. As your portfolio grows to $2.5M, $3M, that fee grows automatically too. The work didn't get harder, the market just went up.
Every household is different, and the thing most clients tell us they wanted was confirmation that their corporation, their taxes, and their family plan are pulling in the same direction. Tax savings often follow from that clarity, and the illustration below shows what the fees look like next to it.
We're showing you the math so you can decide with the full picture.
All fees subject to GST/HST. Figures above are illustrative. Your actual savings depend on your specific situation and will be outlined during your strategy call.

Do these fees include investment management?
No, and that's intentional. We don't manage investments because it creates conflicts of interest and adds cost without adding value. We build you a proper Investment Policy Statement, recommend an asset allocation, and you execute it through your own discount brokerage or a low-cost robo-advisor. You own your accounts. We just make sure the strategy is right.
Does the fee cover my whole household?
Yes. Your plan covers your full household, that includes both partners, all accounts, personal and corporate. The complexity add-on reflects the additional planning complexity based on your situation. So if your partner has an active corporation, that's the corporate add-on. Day-to-day questions from both partners are always included
What if I already have an accountant?
Keep them, they're essential. Your accountant handles compliance (tax filing, bookkeeping, CRA). We handle strategy (why you're structured the way you are, what should change, and how to optimize it). We coordinate directly with your accountant so you're not playing telephone between professionals. The best outcomes happen when both sides work together.
Can I pause or cancel my ongoing plan?
After your minimum commitment period (6 or 12 months depending on the package), you can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. We're not in the business of locking you in, the relationship works because it's valuable, not because you're trapped in a contract.
Are fees tax-deductible?
Short answer: usually no, sometimes yes, and it depends on what the advice was for. Here's the detail: Advice-only financial planning fees are generally not deductible when they relate to broad personal financial planning, retirement projections, cash flow, or advice on registered accounts such as RRSPs, TFSAs, and other tax-sheltered plans. Fees may be deductible in some cases when they relate to advice on specific non-registered investments or certain business-related planning, but deductibility depends on the facts and how the fee is used. Please consult your accountant to confirm treatment in your situation. All professional planning fees are subject to GST/HST.
How do you handle insurance?
We do a thorough, unbiased insurance needs analysis so we can tell you exactly what coverage you need, in what amount, and in what structure. We don't sell insurance, so there's no incentive to over-recommend. If you need it, we refer you to trusted brokers in our vetted network. You might still need insurance; you just won't get it because someone needed to hit quota.
Do you work with clients outside BC?
Yes, we're virtual-first and work with clients across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. All meetings happen via video call. Our digital tools are built for a fully remote relationship that doesn't feel remote.
What counts as a financial scenario model?
A financial scenario modelling is any task that requires us to open the financial planning software, model a new scenario, and produce a full analysis output. If it takes dedicated time to research and build something new, it's a planning request.
Day-to-day questions like "Is my TFSA contribution room reset in January?", "When does my RSU vesting trigger a tax hit?", "Can my spouse be a shareholder of my professional corporation?", are always answered as part of your retainer. They never count toward your annual limit.
In practice, most clients use one to two financial scenario modelling in a typical engagement. The limit exists so that when you have a major change in your life, we can scope that properly and give it the time it deserves.
What are planning meetings?
Scheduled planning meetings are service meetings in the area of topic that you need most support in. Whether that's honing in on cashflows, tax minimization, insurance & estate review, or investment portfolio analysis, it's a meeting where we provide guidance to help you move forward.
